When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 7–12 business days from the date of your order. This includes processing, dispatch and transit time. Delivery estimates may vary slightly during peak periods or for remote locations.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free tracked shipping Australia-wide on orders over A$99. Orders under A$99 are shipped at a flat rate of A$9.95.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the parcel is first scanned by the carrier.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused and in its original condition. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
What if I need help with sizing?
If you’re unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order. We can help with fit notes, garment measurements and general sizing guidance.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, Velencia ships Australia-wide only. International shipping is not currently available.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@velencia.com.au. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, changes may no longer be possible.
