At Velencia, we're committed to getting your order to you safely and on time, with tracking every step of the way.
Where we ship
We currently ship Australia-wide. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $99 AUD.
- A flat rate of $9.95 AUD applies to orders under $99.
Delivery times
Orders are typically delivered within 7–12 business days from the date of your order. This includes 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order, and 6–9 business days in transit. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, peak periods, or remote delivery locations.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (included in the delivery estimate above). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven't received tracking details within a few business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@velencia.com.au.
Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Velencia is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@velencia.com.au and we'll do our best to help before dispatch.
